Biography
Graduated in 1921 then spent two years at Cook Hospital, Gisborne, before becoming a general practitioner in Wellington
Gained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of New Zealand, 1934 – an unusual feat for a woman at that time
Involved with organisations dealing with health, women’s affairs, and humanitarian work, and was instrumental in the formation of CORSO
Lived in England from about 1946
