ADAMS, Patricia Ellen (Pat)
Of Palmerston North, peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital on Saturday, June 12, 1993, aged 71 years.
Cherished wife and friend of Jim.
Loved mother and friend of Carole (Chris) and Ian Yalden (Wanganui), Diane Davidson, Annette and Henry Boyd, Raewyn and David Ross (Napier), Sue and Bill Blessing (Penrith), Jim and Theresa, Rob, and Debbie and Ross (Palmerston North).
Loved and sadly missed by all her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Counterstroke, PO Box 143, Palmerston North would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service for Pat will be held at the Terracehaven Chapel, 697 Main Street, Palmerston North on Wednesday, June 16, 1993, at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation.
