Amazing Grace

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now I’m found,
Was blind, but now I see.

T’was Grace that taught my heart to fear,
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear,
The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares
We have already come.
T’was Grace that brought us safe thus far
And Grace will lead us home.

When we’ve been here then thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we’ve first begun.

Indian Prayer

When I am dead
Cry for me a little
Think of me sometimes
But not too much.
Think of me now and again
As I was in life
At some moments it’s pleasant to recall
But not for long.
Leave me in peace
And I shall leave you in peace
And while you live
Let your thoughts be with the living.

Isobel and Angus thank you for your love, your support and your presence here today as we celebrate the life of a truly remarkable gentleman.

After the service you are warmly invited to join the family for refreshments in the Pan Pac Foyer of the Theatre to continue sharing memories of Robert.

Robert’s hearse will remain at the rear of the foyer at this time.

Should you wish, donations to The Art Deco Trust in Robert’s name may be left in the foyer of the Theatre.

The family would also appreciate if you would sign the memorial register before leaving today.
