Worked as a winemaker at the Mission Winery, Napier from 1954 to 1982
Taught at St Bede’s in Samoa and Chanel College, Wairoa 1982-1988
Worked with at-risk youth in Wellington, dyslexic children through ‘SPELD’ and Age Concern.
