Biography
Military service was with the New Zealand Rifle Brigade between 1916 and 1919, being awarded the Military Cross
At Otago University he obtained a Bachelor of Art Degree and commenced work in the Public Trust Office in Wellington
From 1946 to 1949 he was the District Public Trustee in Napier and then took promotion in 1950 to be the District Public Trustee in Wellington
From 1956 he was the Company Director for R Hannah and Company Limited
