“Alfred Ocean Lambert – the second – with his Bullock Team on the coast south of Porangahau.

These photographs were taken on the beach at Herbertville in approximately 1917.

Carting bales of wool down the coast to be loaded on the Lighters to carry them to the waiting Coastal Vessels anchored off Cape Turnagain.”
