From ‘All Aboard the Train’ – “S. H. 2 is on the left. The shed on the right has been used for fruit packing, and in later years for fruit industry packing requirements.This building on the right, was a well-known landmark as travellers approached Hastings, with the racecourse on the left of the main road.”
