William Whealen was a surveyor, played the clarinet; Mary had a sewing shop in Main Street, Wairoa
Jack Haughton was a tailor in Wairoa
Robert McIntyre was a farmer at Nuhaka, chairman of the Nuhaka Cheese Boad
