Spanish Mission style with an Art Deco mix, a band of fluting and zigzag pattern at the top of the parapet, steel windows and a terrazzo shop front with chromed window frames; acroteria (ornament) on top of the parapet; octagonal corner turret with a pattern believed to be inspired by the Cubist Movement
Optometrists Shattky, Donaldson and Eagle
Prior to Minh Ta, one of the tenants was internationally-reknowned fashion designer Roswitha Robertson
The upstairs was used by a team of St John ambulance cadets in the late 1930s
