Description
Originally built in 1957, named the Napier War Memorial Hall, it consisted of a conference hall, restaurant, aquarium and a roll of honour listing the names of 300 Napier residents who died in World War II
Rebuilt in 1995, renamed the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre, roll of honour extended to include World War I and other conflicts, and names added to cover the larger Napier city area
Strengthened and major additions added in 2017
