Dear Ett
This is just a view of Napier We got this morning
It is very pretty up here, but the rain is the cry everywhere. The boat arrived at half past five last night, & we are quite recovered from our sea sickness. I have just bought such a nice hat, it was a £1 a very nice straw and a big red rose at the back. Well Ett I suppose you are home now, & have got the sewing bee at work. I think you had better come up here before you get married & have a look round & don’t be so sudden on that line for you have to long to be dead. (take my tip)
Well Ett I hope all the folks are keeping well, & you are quite well, and has Joe played the wag since & I suppose Judy missed me a little bit. Liz sends her love. Good bye Ett with love from Ivy.
