Description

Powdrell Brothers history. Frank and his engine crashed through the bridge into the water. Franks Powdrell then acquired 14 galvanised tanks, at low tide these were chained to the submerged engine. Huge beams were laid against the bank. At high tide five steam engines then hauled the massive 10 ton traction engine out of the muddy water .
