ADDIS, Patrick Thomas (Pat).
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 10, 2013 at Mary Doyle Rest Home.
Much loved husband to Eileen for 67 wonderful years.
Loved father and father-in-law of Brendan and Antoinette, Kerry and Patricia, Linda, Raez and Chris.
Loved GogGog of Nicola, Monique, Marc, Natasha, Justin, Kris, Ross, Lena, and Andy.
A very proud Great Grandfather (Head G G) of Millie, Hannah, Reilly, and Jimmy.
A special thanks to the staff of Reeve and Goddard House of Mary Doyle Retirement Village and also Dr Stride for their wonderful care given to Pat.
A service to celebrate the life of Pat will be held at The Havelock North Community Centre, Te Mata Road, Havelock North on Wednesday January 16, 2013 at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St John’s Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
