APATU, Renata Robin (Ren)
Born March 7, 1969.
Died at H.B Regional Hospital June 15, 2018 as a result of a tragic accident at Ngamatea Station, Taihape.
Dearly loved husband of Sally, and father of Angus, Olivia and Greta
Loved son of the late Margaret and WT (Terry) Apatu and son-in-law of Ann and the late John Baines.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Kate and Bruce Bates, Nathan and Anna Apatu, Richard and Penny Baines, Kathryn and Tom Elworthy, Penny and Regan Hopkins.
Loved uncle of Annabel, Amiria and Rosie Bates; Lily Apatu, Millie, Isabella, George, Annabelle Elworthy; Claudia, Arna, Sebastian Hopkins; Tom, William, Holly Baines.
A service for Ren will be held at the Tomoana Showgrounds, Kenilworth Road Hastings, on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at 1:00pm.
Our families would like to acknowledge and thank Ross Freebairn and team at ICU Hastings for their efforts, care and respect.
Also Rescue staff from Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter Trust, the Palmerston North and Taupo Rescue Helicopter Service who attended.
