CONDITIONS OF SALE OF
FRUIT PACKED IN
“APPLECRATES”
1. Applecrates AT ALL TIMES remain the property of the N. Z. Apple and Pear Marketing Board
2. Applecrates must be returned within 14 days of purchase from the Boards authorised agents.
3. USERS are required to account for all purchases and returns. Lost crates will be charged at the rate of $8.00 per crate
4. Applecrates may not be used for any purpose other than the carriage or storage of fruit supplied by the Board.
5. These conditions apply to ALL sales transactions which involve the Board’s applecrates.
