APPOINTMENT AS HONORARY PHYSICIAN TO HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN
Col D.A. BALLANTYNE – CO 2 GEN HOSP RNZAMC

1.   Her Majesty the Queen has graciously approved a recommendation that Colonel D.A. Ballantyne MB ChB (NZ) MRCP (Lond.) MRACP, CO 2 Gen Hosp, be appointed Honorary Physician to Her Majesty, in succession to Colonel R.D. King CBE DSO, who has been posted to the Retired List. Appointment will be effective from 9 Jul 56.

2.   Appropriate Gazette notice will appear shortly.
