DESCRIPTION:
The Estate is ideally situated, being only 2 miles from HASTINGS and handy to SALE YARDS, FREEZING WORKS and CREAMERY.
A small portion of the property fronting the main road is of light formation, the balance being rich, heavy land, suitable for DAIRYING, FATTING and MIXED FARMING.

EXCEPTIONALLY EASY TERMS OF PAYMENT, viz:-
10 per cent. at time of Sale, 5 per cent. on delivery,
5 per cent. in 12 months, 5 per cent. in 2 years,
balance in 5 years from date of Sale. All unpaid
purchase money to bear 5½ per cent. interest.

Possession will be given on May 1st, 1919.
