Dear Sir/Madam,

The Hastings Public Relations Office is at present investigating the possibilities of compiling a booklet of coming events in Hastings and District.

This booklet will feature information on all forthcoming sporting fixtures, conferences, shows, exhibitions, anniversaries, balls, entertainment, annual meetings, rallies etc., of Clubs and Associations in and around Hastings.

As this publication will be dependant on information we receive from your organisation, I would be grateful if you would forward details and dates of coming events your Club is planning, from August 1st 1975 to 31st July 1976.

Your Club’s support in this proposed venture would be most appreciated, and we look forward to hearing from you by 23 June 1975.
