UNRESERVED CLEARING SALE OF DAIRY STOCK, FURNITURE, &c.

Near Makotuku Railway Station

THURSDAY, 13th SEPTEMBER, At 1 o’clock.

W. ROSE has been instructed by Mr GEO. MEAR, who is leaving the district, to sell by auction as above –
12 first-class dairy cows, all to calve this month
1 20mos steer
1 picked heifer
9 yearlings (mixed)
Milk cans, tip dray, new harness, s.f plough, chaff-cutter, and all necessary farm tools
Also the furniture of a four-roomed house, particulars of which will appear in catalogues in a few days.

Luncheon provided.
