CROOK, Eunice Margaret (nee Proctor)
On Monday January 15, 2007.
Peacefully at Duart, Havelock North.
Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Brian, Sharon and Scott, Carolyn, Dianne and Angela.
Dearly loved Nanna of Daniel and Felice, Russell and Rebecca and her treasured dog Snuggles.
So dearly loved and sadly missed.
You will be in our hearts forever.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Duart and Cranford for the loving care shown to Eunice.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Eunice to Cranford Hospice at the service or posted to PO Box 8119, Havelock North would be gratefully received.
The funeral service will be held at ‘Crestwood’, 615 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings (near Willowpark Road) on Thursday January 18, 2007 at 11am.
Private cremation to follow.
