On June 17, 1998, at Hastings Memorial Hospital.
Beloved husband of Pat.
Loved brother of Joan and the late Audrey.
Cherished father of Corinne, Chris and Dawn, Donna and Denys.
Much loved grandad of Alistair, Jay, Abbie and Lione.
Grateful thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of ICU, Hastings for their care and attention.
In lieu of flowers donations posted to the National Heart Foundation, PO Box 519, Napier would be appreciated.
A service for Warwick will be held in the Beth Shan Chapel (157 Georges Drive) Napier on Saturday at 2.30pm.
Private cremation to follow at Napier.
