District engineer-deputy district manager Ashburton District Council; director Ashburton District Constitution Ltd; controller Ashburton Civil Defence. Past-executive Association of Local Government Engineers; former principal rural fire officer; former consultant/life member Victoria Park Trotting Club, founding member/instructor Westland Defensive Driving Organisation.
Former Lieutenant (territorials) 1st Engineer Regiment, Royal New Zealand Engineers.
Former rugby referee/selector/instructor/association president for West Coast/Westland.
Leisure activities include carpentry, gardening.
Address 179 Harland Street, Tinwald, Ashburton.
