FERGUSSON, Charles Douglas (Chook).

On Sunday December 12, 2004 at the Hawkes Bay Regional Hospital.
Dearly loved husband of the late Doris and loved father and father-in-law of Wade and Lindsay, Richard and Debra, Ian and Debs (Australia), Martin and Diane.
A loved poppa of 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Special thanks for the care and attention of the staff of Hawkes Bay Regional Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the National Heart Foundation at the service or posted to PO Box 160, Hastings would be gratefully received.
The funeral service for Chook will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 23 Puketapu Road, Taradale on Thursday December 16, 2004 at 11am.
Private interment to follow.
