RE: DECEMBER 1992 STATEMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for your tolerance and assistance during the course of 1992. In particular with the last few months, during which time, a new computer and computer program has had to be installed due to the power surges caused by Tourist Engineering’s activity corrupting our old machine and program file.

The office staff have put in long hours, loading the files and accounts onto the new machine. Every effort has been made in an endeavour to cross check.

We are endeavouring to achieve a close off to end December 1992 accounts in preparation to ensure the system is fine tuned as we head towards the new 1993 year and end fiscal year March 1993. To assist us, we would ask that providing the enclosed statement is correct, that settlement is made.

However, should you find any errors, could you please contact either Heather or Joy at the office, to have corrections attended to.

Thank you once again for your patience and custom throughout 1992 and trust that we all head for even better things in 1993.
