FORDE, Sally.
A joint memorial service and internment for Sally together with her beloved mother Jean Forde will be held at St Georges Church, Crownthorpe at 11am on Sunday the 8th of January.
Sally passed away peacefully on the 22nd of November 2022 aged 59, surrounded by family and friends.
Much loved partner of Don Dick, loved sister of Peter, John, Andrew and sister-in-law of Dawn and Sarah.
Treasured aunt of Heather, Kathryn, Georgia and Sam and great-aunt of Albert.
