FRASER, Maurice John.
Maurice passed away peacefully in the presence of his family on Saturday evening, January 14 at Waiapu House, Havelock North.
Dearly loved husband for 42 years of Pauline.
Dearly loved brother of Peter and Margaret, and Joan and Eric (Gaskell) and their families.
Loved father of Craig and Francie, Grant and Alison, Ish and Julia, Janine, Neil and Christine and loved stepfather of Liz and Fenton (Pennington), Tony (Andrews) and John and Michelle (Fairley).
Maurice was also a dearly loved grandad of Lily, Johnnie and Matthew, Charlotte and Connor, Anthony and Ashlee, Rebecca and William, and Katelyn and Johnnie.
He was the dear great grandad of Charlotte and Baby Blaire.
Maurice’s funeral and service of thanksgiving will be held on Saturday, January 21 at 2.00pm at Crestwood, 615 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings, followed by private cremation.
The family wish to acknowledge the loving care and kindness shown to Maurice by the caregivers and registered nursing staff at Waiapu House.
Maurice was supported over the last two years to lead a quality life and our heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of you for the respect and kindness shown to him.
All of which we will never forget.
