Much loved husband of Belinda.
Dearly loved father and father-in-law Joanne and Gary Chambers, and loved ‘Pop’ of Richard and Sarah.
Stepfather of John Hindmarsh, Michael Hindmarsh, and Fiona Coleman.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation may be left at the service and would be gratefully received.
A celebration of Noel’s life will be held in the Beth Shan Chapel, 157 Georges Drive, Napier Friday, February 21 at 3.00pm, followed by private cremation.
