HALFORD, James Albert Nicholls (Bert) MBE, CBE.
Of Norsewood.
On December 10, 2010, peacefully at Dannevirke Community Hospital, in the presence of his loving family.
Dearly loved husband of the late Una, very much loved father and father-in-law of Kay and the late Jack Dobson, Errol (Pip) and Jenny, Kit and [Kit and] Kay and a loved Poppa to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Aged 98 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dannevirke Community Hospital (Special Purposes Fund) would be appreciated and these may be left at the Church.
A service for Bert will be held in St David’s Church, Upper Norsewood, on Wednesday, December 15 at 1.30pm followed by private cremation.
