HARRIS, Desmond George (Des).
Peacefully at Atawhai on Friday, 2nd July 2021 in his 90th year.
Dearly loved and loving husband of Jennifer for 65 years: much loved and respected father, father-in-law, grandfather and friend of Richard and Linda, Stephen and Suze, Tony (deceased), Fiona and Chris: Emily, Kathryn and Michael, Georgia and Andrew, David and Minu, Samantha, Daniel, Logan and Hollie: loved uncle of Jane, Henry and Henny.
Our grateful thanks to the staff at Atawhai for their care and support for Des and his family. A service to celebrate and give thanks for Des’s life will be held at the Waiapu Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist on Friday, 9th July at 11 am, followed by private cremation.
