INVITATION

The Family sincerely thank you for your support and presence here with them today and invite you to share refreshments and fellowship with them in the Lounge adjacent to the Chapel immediately following the service.

You may watch swallows tumble past the window to catch insects on the wing, observe that the leaves shake splinters of light into the breeze, and wonder how many similar observations you have ahead of you.
Afterwards you say “it is a gift” as though you unwrapped something previous that afternoon. It is not for everyone to see so clearly: now the false and true rearrange themselves before your eyes.
‘Cured’ means a return to the fallible. Meanwhile even this waiting is blessed. The days are full of beauty you once had no eyes for, and each inward breath is a small miracle.
Ich habe genug
You spread your hands in a shrug and tell us you will live forever as you had always intended.

From Ich habe genug
(It is enough)
