Chairman Hawke’s Bay Song and Opera Workshop Inc, NZ National Singing School Trust, past president Hawke’s Bay Art Gallery and Museum Society.
Synodsman and people’s warden at St John’s Cathedral, Napier.
Vice-president Napier West Rotary Club.
Leisure activities include Royal Overseas League (president Hawke’s Bay branch).
