How great Thou art.

O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the works Thine hands have made;
I see the stars. I hear the rolling thunder
Thy power through’ out the universe displayed.

Chorus

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God to Thee;
How great Thou art, how great Thou art,
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God to Thee;
How great Thou art, how great Thou art;

And when I think that God his son not sparing
Sent him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the Cross my burden gladly bearing
He bled and died to take away my sins.

Chorus

When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation,
To take me home, what joy shall fill my heart;
Then I shall bow in humble adoration,
And there proclaim, my God how great Thou art.

Chorus

Eulogy: Family and Open to all

Reading: Romans 13: 8-10

Reading: 2 Peter 1: 3 – 15

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive
those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom , the power and the glory for ever and for ever.
Amen

MORNING HAS BROKEN

Morning has broken like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken like the first bird
Praise for the singing praise for the morning
Praise for them, springing fresh from the word.

Sweet the rains new fall sunlit from heaven
Like the first dewfall on the first grass.
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden
Sprung from completeness where his feet pass.

Mine is the sunlight mine is the morning
Born of the one light Eden saw play
Praise with elation Praise every morning
God’s recreation of the new day.
