KAUI, Iry-Jane.
Accidentally on November 3, 1997.
Loved whaingai daughter of Star Ari Haitana (nee Ruru), and loved daughter of Jason Albert Kaui and Lena (nee Roka Ruru).
Loved sister of Star, baby Jayden and Tuamata (Connie), choice moko of Mary Ruru and the late Bill Hapi Ruru, loved niece to all her uncles and aunties and all her cousins.
Sadly missed by all (Little Heart).
You were Mummy’s big girl, and you always remind me your [you’re] not a little girl, and I’m glad you got to know the Lord, while you were young thanks to Nanny Mary Ruru.
We cherish you, loved you from the time you opened your eyes, until the time you close them, Mummy misses you my darling, my heart will always be with you my girl, and you were never left alone, you are all in our prayers little heart, your brothers and your little sister Tuamata.
Safe journey Aunty Melanie’s little mouse, and you’ll always be Gary’s Princess, you had so much love for everyone.
Iry Jane will be lying at 17 Kelvin Road, Maraenui where her funeral service will be held on November 6, 1997, at 11am, thereafter to Wharerangi Cemetery, where she will rest with her grandfather Bill Hapi Ruru.
