You, as a member of the British Commonwealth the SAVE THE CHILDREN FUND, have made great contribution to better living and enlightenment of Masan citizens not only by doing home visit from door to door to take care of this countys sick children but also educating their mother on the subject of health, hygiene and nutrition while your duty in CHILDREN’S WING and Infand [Infant] Welfare Clinic.

You have done those hard tasks with your whole heart and soul so that you could save nearly 3.000 suffering children within half an year and enlightend numberless mothers.

This self-sacrificing service spirit, I believe, symbolizes truthful love for humanity as well as international goodwill between free friendly nations.

To express our gratitude for your friendly sincerity and great service to our Free Korea I hand you a letter of thanks and a souvenir on behalf of 160.000 Masan citizen’s will.
