IN PURSUANCE of the Rules and Regulations made by the Lord Chief Justice of England, the Master of the Rolls, the Lord Chief Justice of the Common Pleas, and the Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer, WE, being the major part of the Examiners conducting the Intermediate Examination of Frank Logan of Newcastle-on-Tyne

DO HEREBY CERTIFY that we have examined him as required by the said Rules and Regulations, and that he has passed a satisfactory Examination.
