Dear Sir,

You will have, no doubt, read in the paper that the Council has decided to take over responsibility for all future development of Fantasyland. However, in doing this the Council still wishes to accept the assistance of any persons or organisations who wish to raise funds for the placement and erection of further amenities on the area.

It is appreciated very much that you have, over the years, had a great interest in Fantasyland and the Council would still appreciate your efforts in regard to furthering this project. However, to assist the Council in its planning we would appreciate if you would give us early advice of any proposals while they are still in preliminary stages of projects that you have in mind for Fantasyland.

Mr. J.G.C. MacKenzie will be always available to discuss any matters that you may care to raise with him in respect of this matter.
