Dear Mr Poppelwell,
With reference to your recent letter regarding the sponsoring of your efforts in relation to the children’s play area in Hastings.
Our Directors are most happy to sponsor this fund in the way you suggest, namely the printing of tickets. We will also wish to put an advertisement on the back of the tickets at a total cost of $60.72.
If you would therefore be good enough to let us know the size of the tickets, we in turn will arrange for our advertising agents to send down to your printers the necessary blocks or matts as required.
