Mrs. A. Mason,
“The Birches”
York Road,
HASTINGS

Dear Mrs Mason,

We are in receipt of your letter of the 23rd February enclosing $42.50 for which we attach our receipt No. 1014F.

We can assure you that the gifts we have received in memory of the late Mrs. Vera Mason are most warmly appreciated. Unfortunately, we do not know to which member of the late Mrs. Mason’s family to write, so perhaps you could help us in this matter. On the 24th February we wrote to the Havelock North Senior Citizens Club for this information, but to date have not heard from them. We received your letter after writing to a Mrs. M.S. Jones who wrote to us on behalf of the Club.

Yours sincerely
J. W. Noble
TREASURER

I sent the Foundation of the Blind the address of Athol Mason by return post.
