I am writing to thank you very much for your club’s assistance in the form of a cheque for $150.00 which I recieved [received] in the post today.

Please extend to all your members my grateful thanks, especially those members involoved [involved] in making the decision about sponsorship. I really appreciate your support.

As you know, I will be attending the conference in late January, in Palmerston North, next year. While at the conference all delegates will be given brochures, hand-outs and other such information about the aims and objectives of the ANZAAS Committee.

Upon my return I will be happy to contact you (or for you to contact me) with regard to either a) lending you the material for members of Rotary to peruse at leisure, or b) coming and talking to any interested members about the goings-on at the conference.

If you are at all interested in this would you please contact me before the conference so that I can prepare for it whilst at the conference.
