I am pleased to advise that miniatures of The Queen’s Service Medal for wear in Evening Dress and on other appropriate occasions are now available.
The price of The QSM miniature is $ 6.00, and may be obtained by completing the attached form.
All Orders must be accompanied by a cheque, postal note or bank draft, made payable to “Public Account”.
