My dear little Daughter

Thank you very much for thinking of your old Grandfather on his birthday & for your letter of good wishes.

I am glad to hear Fathers sheep did so well at the Show, he must take care & grow some more good ones for next year. Thank your Mother for her letter & both Mother & Father for the excellent present that I had given me from them on Sunday. When are you coming to see me, I expect I shall scarcely know you next time we meet.
