On September 5, 1998 at H.B. Hospital.
Aged 77 years.
Loved brother of Bruce MacConnell and much loved Uncle of Mairi and Wayne, Anne and Peter, Glen and Erin and loved Great Uncle of Jessica, Sarah, Emma, and Michael.
A service for Jack will be held in The Dunstall Memorial Chapel, Edwardes St, Napier, on Wednesday, September 9, 1998 at 2pm, followed by a private cremation.
