On October 18, 1997, at Arohanui Hospice (after a short illness).
Loving wife of Jock.
Dearly loved mother of Susan and Trevor Palmer, Debbie and Shayne Rankin (Ashhurst), Errol Gildea (Melbourne), Cynthia (Cyndi) Stopforth and Jeff Raggett.
Loved daughter of Ruth and Frank Pond (Foxton), sister and sister-in-law of Hetty and Stan Gardiner (Levin), Margaret (deceased) and Richard Dingle (Napier), Lillian and Michael (Picton), Jim and Shirley (Foxton), Jennifer and Ian Jack (Foxton), Graeme and Trudy (Rongotea).
Nana to Katrina, Aimee, Aydan, Dion, Corey and Emma, Kain and Samuel, and aunty to all her nieces and nephews.
A service for Joyce will be held at St Peters Church, Ruahine Street, Palmerston North, on Tuesday, October 21, 1997, at 11am, thence to the Lawn Cemetery, Kelvin Grove.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Arohanui Hospice, PO Box 5349, Palmerston North, would be appreciated.
