MATAIRANGI, Rongomaiwhiti
On June 10, 1998.
Passed away peacefully at his home, at Haumoana, surrounded by his whanau.
Dearly loved husband of Ngahuia, dearly loved father of Lorraine Chapman, Wipani Matairangi, Rongomaiwhiti Jnr (deceased), Memory and James Mitchell, Sue Walford, Rose and Robert O’Leary, Pauline and Stuart Symes, Ellen and Glen Manaena, Errol and Annette Matairangi, Girli Matairangi, Iris and Lawrence Te Pou, Tumanako Matairangi, Leon Matairangi, Tasha Matairangi and loved Papa of his many, many mokopuna.
Rongomaiwhiti will lie at Matahiwi Marae on Thursday, June 11, 1998 from 1pm and he will leave for the Te Poho-o-Terehu Marae, Nuhaka, on Friday morning, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 1998 at 11am.
