MCCORMACK, Daniel Shane.
Of Maharahara, Dannevirke.
On May 23, 2008 at Palmerston North Hospital (as a result of an accident), at the age of 25.
Dearly loved son of Roger and the late Carmela.
Very much adored youngest brother of Nicky and Mike, Damian, and Tash and Michael.
Beloved partner of Rachel, and admired stepson of Liz.
Treasured grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to many.
‘Daniel we will miss you, and you will live in our hearts forever. ‘
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Square Trust Rescue Helicopter would be greatly appreciated, and these may be left at the Church.
Funeral service for Daniel will be held in St Joseph’s Church, Allardice Street, Dannevirke on Wednesday June 4 at 1.00pm.
