Self-employed dairy farmer, formerly director-general NZ Post Office, chief executive Telecom Corporation of NZ, chairman Telecom Systems Support Co.
Served as trustee David Beattie Chair of Communications, member Communications Advisory Council, member Parliamentary Representation Commission, member National Civil Defence Committee.
Director NZ Electricity Distributors, Dannevirke Electric Power Board.
Awarded OBE 1988.
Former rugby player and administrator, life member Marist-St Pat’s RFC Wellington.
Address Matamau-Ormondville Road, Makotuku, RD7, Dannevirke.
