McKENZlE, Noel Murdoch.
Regt. No. 47752 19th Batn, ex POW, 2nd NZEF.
On December 6, 1997 at Waipukurau Hospital.
Aged 81 years.
Beloved husband of Joan, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Margaret and Mike (Palmerston North), Andrew and Jill (Taupo), and Kay and Oli (Haumoana).
Much loved grandpa of his eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Dearly loved brother of Jumbo (Morrinsville), June (Masterton), Bub (Te Puke) and the late Ted, Ian and Dick.
A funeral service for Noel will be held in St Mary’s Anglican Church, Waipukurau, tomorrow, Tuesday December 9, 1997 at 2pm followed by burial at the Waipukurau Servicemans [Servicemen’s] Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society may be left at the Church or posted to P O Box 1014, Hastings.
