On August 8, 1998, peacefully, at Waireka Home Pahiatua.
Aged 82 years.
Loved husband of the late Mary Winifred.
“A loved brother-in-law and uncle’.
Returned Servicemen and friends are invited to attend a service for Jack in St Paul’s Union Church, Pahiatua, on Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at 11am, to be followed by Private Cremation.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Arohanui Hospice, PO Box 5349, Terrace End, Palmerston North, would be appreciated or may be left in the Church foyer.
(Jack is in the care of Rose City Funeral Home Ltd and Chester Burt).
