On June 16, 1998, peacefully, at home, after a short illness.
Dearly loved husband of Eileen for 51 years.
Loved father and father-in-law of Colleen and Ron Murray, John and Min, Bluey (Lyn) and John Harris, Noel and Vi, Michael (Australia), loved father-in-law of the late Percy Lawn, loved Pa of Darren, Craig, Cherie, Paul, Bryan, Bryce and Rhys.
He saw your eyes were weary and that your soul needed a rest,
We guess it goes to show,
That God only takes the best.
A service for Jack will be held in St Michaels Catholic Church, Main Road, Ohaupo, on Friday, June 19, at 1pm, followed by interment in the Ohaupo Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Waikato Community Hospital, PO Box 325, Hamilton, or may be left at the service.
