MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF HASTINGS ROTARY CLUB HELD AT H.B. FARMERS’ TEAROOMS ON FEBRUARY 4, 1975 AT 12.30 P.M.
PRESENT: Vice President Jim Redgrave and 80 other members.
BUSINESS: Election of Officers for the 1975-76 Rotary Year.
After brief discussion it was –
(a) Moved John McCormick/Lionel Wainscott “That Colin Young be Treasurer for the ensuing year” Passed
(b) Moved John McCormick/Jim Redgrave “That Frank Crist be Secretary for the ensuing year” Passed
(c) Moved John McCormick/Laurie Lloyd “That Jim Redgrave be the incoming President for the 1975-76 Rotary Year” Passed.
(d) Jim Redgrave/Laurie Lloyd “That Peter Single be the Vice President for the coming Rotary Year” Passed
The Meeting closed at 1.55 p.m.
